The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Mounted Search and Rescue (MSAR) uses the Method to train its horses to remain calm in high stress situations. The California team works closely with the sheriff’s office and other agencies to aid in searches for missing persons. This episode finds Clinton visiting the group to help its members fine-tune their application of the Method. MSAR members are all civilian volunteers and ride a wide range of horses with a variety of personalities, which provides great learning opportunities.
